Dinner mannersComedian Craig Ferguson, who's from Scotland, has become a U.S. citizen, just in time to be the entertainment at the White House Correspondents' Dinner on April 26. He has a refreshing humility about the gig, telling Capitol File mag that he won't use the bully pulpit to make anti-administration jokes: "When people say, 'Oh, you could really stick it to them,' I'm like, 'Do you think Dick Cheney's going to hear two gags from me and say, 'You know what? I've been wrong!'"
