Court Covergirl: Capitol File Magazine threw a party at OYA to celebrate bombshell tennis star Anna Kournikova. Kournikova graces the cover of the latest issue. In a sexy Dolce & Gabbana dress Kournikova me she plans to visit DC often for charity work with PSI and the USO. We spotted Capitol File's Sarah Schaffer with Niche Media founder, Jason Binn. Washington Kastles owner Mark Ein tells us Kournikova will play at Kastles Stadium July 21st when Washington takes on St. Louis.
